Oolong / Wu-Long Tea

Semi-fermented tea (10% ~ 70% fermentation).

Oolong tea leaves vary from dark green to green-brown in colours and liquid is honey-green to honey-yellow.

Taste varies from delicate / floral / fruity in character to sweet / astringent. Also rich in vitamin C.
