Terms and Conditions

  1. Faulty Products: If we deem a product to be faulty, we will happily exchange or repair the product within 10 days of purchase at no cost to the customer (proof of purchase receipt must be provided if requested). There is no exchange or refund for change of mind purchases. 
  2. A Touch of Tea accepts no responsibility for any allergic reactions or interaction with medications resulting from tea consumption. We recommend that tea drinkers always check the ingredient list of teas before drinking and if unsure, seek medical advice.  NB:  Pregnant women should take extra caution when considering to consume certain tea and herbal tea varieties during pregnancy – We advise you to discuss this with your doctor beforehand – For example, herbs such as yarrow and liquorice may cause hypertension.


A Touch of Tea values the privacy of our customers and their personal information.

An individuals email address is not used for any other purpose and will never be supplied to a third party.

Occasionally we send marketing material to our customers. We will only communicate with customers who have indicated that they wish to receive ongoing information from us.
